I just bought my first 85 ram charger and was wondering if the doors and front fenders are the same as the trucks?

Agreed, pretty much the doors and everything forward is the same and will swap, though the grilles will usually require their matching core support or modification of the stock one if you change styles.  For an '85, you will be looking for '81-'93 trucks and Ramchargers as donors.
