Just an update. I have been bogged down at the office with a bunch of stuff. Especially with the new machines we got. I got like a week more of this if I had to guess. I am making SLOW ass progress on the door rod lock clips. Since I haven't had time like mentioned above.

well just keep plugging away and do,ing your best

Well, I hit another snag as soon as all the crazzy went a way. my Prototype machine broke. Luckily easy fix but I gotta pull it apart and order new parts.

Center caps, map light cover - you are my hero!

We have printed these door stops (Edit: esspring seat for the front doors) yesterday. Got a printing file from someone and our development department made them.

You're welcome. What machine, build technology & material is that part made from?

I have no idea but I can ask the guy in the lab next week. It has taken 46 min because of slowly printing. Basis was an *.stp file. It is not safe that the part fits because the original part was already in bad condition. And if course we'll have to check how long it will work because the load on the door hinge is very high.

Yes, we have a MDM printer. We use it for printing the bodies for prototypes like this one.

This is where I differ lol. This is how all my parts are made though the SLS Technology. Albuchler I do not know if you have gone back to the begging of my post. But I am a 2nd generation in the additive manufacturing world. Where I have gotten to know the man you have given birth to additive manufacturing, which his name is Carl Deckard. and all started with him need a project for his PHD at the University of Texas here in Austin Texas. I also have attached two videos explaining SLS, or you could say how my parts are built.

Looks cool. We are no specialists for that, we only want to get 3D samples for our novelties.

Yes, Yes it is Kurt. And the good news is, machine is back on line and running. I have gotten though a few more versions of the Door Lock Rod Clips last night. and Working on that today. Then the Turbine wheels center caps after that.
