Center caps, map light cover - you are my hero!

We have printed these door stops (Edit: esspring seat for the front doors) yesterday. Got a printing file from someone and our development department made them.

I have no idea but I can ask the guy in the lab next week. It has taken 46 min because of slowly printing. Basis was an *.stp file. It is not safe that the part fits because the original part was already in bad condition. And if course we'll have to check how long it will work because the load on the door hinge is very high.

Yes, we have a MDM printer. We use it for printing the bodies for prototypes like this one.

I work in Supply Chain Management but as I had need for these parts I remembered we have a lab with some 3D printers just on the way to the canteen

Yes, original ones with that three holes for the cap. At front they haven to be open because I have manuel hubs.

The spring seats for the front doors are ready. Let's see if and how lonmg they will work.

Here is a 3D scan of the mounts for the trim strips of the rear windows. They are hard to get. If anyone needs the printing file later on I can share.

The department is using the new black one they have got last week I have no idea but can check the model when I'll be there next time.
