The titties are about 4,5-5mm in diameter and stick 3,5mm out. Can't really tell the total length of the piece.

Is "Titty" really the technical term for these because that's just what I've always heard them called.

I've skimmed all 16 pages but haven't found any mention of the headlight adjuster mounts. they are some form of nylon and what is available is garbage. They are available from dorman but most of the time the ears break during installation and if you happen to find any NOS they are also brittle and prone to failing during install. Just a thought to a small part that on the surface looks like it would be a good candidate for your services.

Right on! Yeah that one no one has mentioned before. Have a link to the doorman part so I have a reference?

I'm using hollow wall anchors on mine as I had several sets of the OEM style fail during installation, I believe these are the ones that I had but am not sure. Dorman Headlight Adjusters
