need help asap

does anyone have a pic of an 88/89 360. i need to see the linkage between the carb and tranny kickdown.does anyone have something they could post/link? im missing parts and just need to see how they all go on.

What carb? If its a quadrajet, it's probably the same as my plow rc, if so I can get a picture tonight, sorry I can't do it sooner. Let me know.

It's an 88 so it is a TBI set up . So Chump where are ya ?

it is a rochester quadrajet.

brian, only 318s were tbi in 88, the 360s went to it in 89. likewise shedevil, a pic of an 89 might not work.

i am still in need of the pic.i got a kickdown linkage on it now but it looks like something is still missing.
i said 88 or 89 cause the truck is an 88 (made in feb) and the engine block says it was made in 89.the whole truck is wierd like that tho.

Yeah, there was something wierd going on. When I first tried to quote you, no matter what I did, it put my post inside a quote box. Then I figured the problem was my blushing smiley has a bracket on it like the quote's (]) have. It was right next to it, so I put a space there and then it was fine.
