reasons for the name change......
gotta grow up some time. and as RCC is a Family site i dont want to be the topic of discussion when lil yougun ask daddy what in the heck ____ is. so before anyone ask or request it im changing it.
i wasnt coerced or asked this is of my own free will.
the other day i awoke with a horrible hangover an realized im 25 going on 26 in a few months. while not an old man im no longer the young punk i was.
that an i do like RCC an want to see its growth.
as i check the site alot i dont want access to be blocked for some inappropriate words.
so thats the reasons for that if anyone cared

Geez Ed. had to double tap it huh.
It's not me!! i hit quick reply and the server did the rest, sometimes it makes like 4 or more posts, i don't have a remove button anymore so i can't get rid of it
why dont you have a remove button?
yeah when i get "quick reply" happy it tends to bounce a few on there. i usually go edit em though

I don't know why i asked Sam about it, i figure it might be something with this server probably, it sucks because in the chapter board i have problems deleting the junk from posts, so hopefully when the move happens to the new server i get my remove button back
Well, for the double posting (btw, I deleted your double post up there):
I found that it usually happens, if I reply to a topic and the connection results in an error from the server or times out, that the topic is still in the database. So by hitting reply again, you get the same post twice. Next time, before you hit reply a second time, try to copy your reply and look on the board you're on, if it lists your reply as the last one for that specific thread, might even check in the thread, but usually it's there, at least in my case.

Actually i don't hit the reply button again usually the server goes on a power trip and i hit refresh and either it comes back up or i lose it totally, sometimes though hitting that refresh button seems to duplicate posts big time or lose them totally.
Santak would you know why i no longer have a remove button so i can remove the post myself when it does that?

well, you should have a remove link on the top right corner of your posts that allows you to remove your own posts. That's something every user has, at least that's what I thought.
