Just got it yesterday, and want to make a good amount of exterior mods to it. Not sure how much of a lift or how big of tires to get. Also curious about covers for the back. Any and all thoughts welcome .

Mechanically, are you not supposed to lift a 2WD? Or is it just considered lame to do so? I just want it to look something like this guy's:

Is that lifted? I don't want a dramatic height increase, just a little.

Nobody makes suspension lifts for our 2WD's. You can put on a two or three inch body lift though. My suggestion would be to drop the rear about two inches (to put it on an even keel), put some nice aluminum wheels, and 255/50/HR17's on it. Then make it go fast

You can order taller coil springs for the front and put add-a leafs in the rear.

The rear looks slightly higher, not much though. It's a clean looking truck though. Good luck with it, no matter what you decide to do.
