Hello all! About two or three weeks ago, I picked up my first ever RC, and I love it. I thought I'd share it with all of you. It's an 87 Ramcharger 4X4. She's got a 318 2bbl, auto tranny, power windows and locks, and that lovely Ramcharger ride. There's a few minor problems I've got to work out, but I'm in the process of getting those little things fixed. There's two good sized holes fore and aft of the pass. side rear wheel well, and a little rust starting to work on the roof. No other major rust on the truck. The muffler's got a large hole in it (easy enough fix), and the steering shaft has the usual play in it (A Borgeson shaft arrives today!). But mechanically she's great! She runs like a champ! Here's some pics, let me know what you think.

Here's more pics and more info. When I picked up the truck, it was pretty filthy on the inside. I've scrubbed and cleaned it up a bit, but it's going to need a few things. The two interior door panels are trashed, and need replaced. The entire carpet looks like crap, so that too will be replaced. The vinyl headliner has started to come down a bit in the back, and I think I'm going to go ahead and replace that too. I'm working on a good tune up, just to make sure it's running at it's peak. The original owner also had problems with the two front seats, and installed two red one's from another RC. The interior of the truck is blue. I'm working on locating a pair of blue seats, to make it complete. Enjoy the pics!

Here's the engine. Since taking the picture, I've cleaned it up quite a bit. Looks much better now. I'm taking the air cleaner cover off this weekend, and will be repainting it. The new steering shaft will be installed this weekend too.
