Lookin pretty good. Sounds like you already have some good plans for it all. Nice to know you are fixin her up the way she should be. 
I think there were a few people around here looking for some seats, but I could be wrong. You might post something in the classifieds section. Or, see how much it would cost to reupholster them. It may be cheaper than finding the seats, and they may be in better condition. They appear to be pretty good, and not faded.
