You have to copy and paste the link into the address bar on your browser, although the picture showed up yesterday

it didn't show yesterday, but I know what you mean:
once you copy the URL and paste it in another browser window, the picture shows in this thread as well. That's probably due to the fact that the picture gets into the cache of your browser and therefore the program does not try to load it from geocity but rather takes it from your harddrive
