Here it is! The Mongrel's frame has finally hit the ground. I have 1 ton lower control arms in front with 1/2 ton springs, all new ball joints, bushings, tie rods ends, etc., two leaves pulled out of the rear. I still don't have the chunk int the 8 3/4 and there are no shocks or brakes, but at least it is mobile again. What do you think?

sweet frame dude. i got a few ?s tho. why didnt ya bpx the front clip of the frame? and when ya gonna get pics of it with the body and bed back on the frame?

I didn't box the front because it doesn't flex there and I am not sure where the clutch linkage will run yet. Trust me, It frame is plenty stout where I didn not box it. I have to restore the body, so I still have to finish stripping paint, beating dents, filling low spots, prime, sand, paint, sand, buff and apply LRE decals. Then I can install the body.

Just to let you know your frame will sit alot lower when the truck is put together. I had to put a little taller spring in my truck to bring it up a little. You will also, have to cut the bumpstop bracket to allow for travel.
