I just bought an 88 ram charger and my questoin is ....
it has 33" tires and a lot of play in the steering wheel...
The guy i bought from said there is something he seen on this site for that problem...anybody know ???...also i have to fix the speedo cable...any help? 8)...thanx

Rotate the steering shaft back and forth by hand while watching for slop in the steering coupling, steering box, tie rod ends, etc. The "pot" copulings (just above the steering box) tend to crap out, but they are easy and cheap to rebuild (about $10-$15 or so for the kit).
