I guess I'll get the party started with pics of one of the ugliest duallies in the world - mine.  

OK, so after over 20 attempts to post my pics, they're finally attached.  RCC was acting like my two-year-old for a while.

Wrecker body may be coming off to be replaced with a dropside or possibly a 5th wheel.
I'd like a fleetside body, but I think it would need to be stretched to fit.

My 81 Crew as i bought it and after I repainted the cab and found a nice dually box for it. Still need to replace the rear axle with a wider one so I can run both rear tires. The C&C rear is narrower that a PU rear.

What did you use for tires?

39.5x13.5x16 Irok radials. With a 3" spacer I have about 1" between the duals. I wanted radials since I ride it on the road.

These are just some photos of some 1st gen duallies I have on my computer. I apologize if these are any members here on the boards.

And the absolute cleanest 1st gen dually I've ever seen in my life. This is also possibly my most favorite 1st gen truck ever. Period.

01 Heavy, your truck is the exact one that has inspired my paint color choice for my ultra-ugly dually posted above.  Nothing says 1970s like green and white.

84, rv cam 440, 4.10s 727.  AC blows cold, made it all the way from phx, to ft hood tx, n then back home no problem. Got about 17mph on the highway. Now waiting for heads.
