Hey everyone, my name is Adam and i'm from Crystal Lake( northern IL). I bought an RC in February 2002 and its a great vehicle. My plans for it are to get a 4-5 inch suspension lift and a 2" body lift for it to hopefully fit 35" BFG's under it. It has a stock 318 in it right now but i want to get a 400 or 440 for it some time with less miles.

Great News! The Ramchargerkid (matt) and I have just checked out this ramcharger that has been sitting outside this ol lady's house. She only used it for for pulling, and its not too bad. Its an 83' two wheel drive. 360 4-barrel carb. 114000 mile and blue and silver with red interior. The body is kinda on the bad side, but it shouldnt be much a problem... I'm just really excited to get a REAL vehicle as my first.

Well I've been around the board a while but never got around to getting in a chapter. The name's Travis, I live in Urbana (east-central), may be moving to Bloomington, but who knows. Going to school in DeKalb at NIU as a Mech. Engineer right now. Waiting on a '75 RamCharger to come to me from California, rust free is the way for me! ;D

Checking in from Northern IL, Genoa to be exact. I never knew about this forum, but have enjoyed this site for a couple of years.

I too suffer from a mopar addiction as my own fleet will attest. ('72 Demon 340, '79 RC/SE (from So. Cal), '85 Power Ram (short box), '90 RC)

Summer is all too short in this neck of the woods for all the toys to get equal time!

Looks like about 45-50 miles to me. I'm about 20 miles north of DeKalb, which is on I 88 (west of Aurora). Where's the JC W. warehouse? A meet there sounds kinda cool. Wanted to get a carpet set for my '79 RC anyway. Also looking for a body shop who can do a decent paint job without a huge amout of $$. Any ideas?
