I bought a new truck today and am stummped on a tag I found

Ok I bought another truck today and it had a tag of some kind on the motor. It reads Cee 11291 BMG 300 its yellow and is bolted to the manifold. I have never seen this on any car I have ever bought just wondering what it is Thanks.

Got me..but I would say it's a tag for a rebuilt or swapped motor?

rebuild tag. i had one on an old truck i had too except it was a diff color
