Does anyone know what size socket it takes to disassemble the hubs on a Dana 44 CAD? NAPA doesn't list the size and I need to pick one up... ???

the socket i believe you are looking for is just called a hub socket for a dodge. I picked one up from autozone a few months ago. it (guessing here) is about 2" in diameter with 4 prongs sticking out of it.

Hope that helps

PAT, that sucker is more like 2.5 inches. You can find them at an autoparts store if your lucky or www.Milemarker.com has them too. Look in their Catalog under 4x2 accessories and scroll down till you find em. I would look in a Carquest parts store first it might be quicker.

Advance Auto sells a whole hub socket kit for like $50 or $60 so they might have the one you need too.
