Help with sb to cummins swap?

Hi has anyone done the conversion from a small block to the desiel in a r/c? Was it worth while to you?,I love the squish bangers and am thinking of doing it.Are there any kits available for this swap or anything like that and also what is a used cummins going for these days? thanks for the help Mike.

If you look around, maybe using the search function, you should be able to find a couple thread regarding this topic. The user RXT has done this swap and has some info also posted on his website I believe (check his profile for the address).
Kits? Not that I know of, but from what I understand it's a pretty straight drop in. Costs? Depends. Right now in the ebay board there is a 92 Cummins priced at 1500 US "buy it now". Cheapest, I would imagine, would be if you find a donor truck with everything in it, running and just swap the drivetrain.
