Headlight bezel color? Spare tire cover?

I'm wondering where I might expect to find a spare tire cover for my 89 RC. Were these originally keyed to the interior color, or were they all black? A local upholstry shop wants $70 to make one...ouch.

Secondly, I replaced my headlight bezels with some junkyard units which are good, but the sliverish/greyish paint is very faded. What color is this stuff, and where's a good source?

I'm not totally sure on the paint color but it may be called Argent?
