So now we have laws that say we can not videotape the police doing their (or not doing) job. {noclue}

One would think it would be easier to clean up the corruption in the police departments, but maybe the law makers are trying to tell the public something by making the new laws, instead of fixing the problems. ;)

Growing Number of Prosecutions for Videotaping the Police

Photography is Not a Crime
It's a First Amendment Right
It would be a shame to catch them doing something they aren't supposed to do.

If they weren't trying to pass laws not allowing recording of police, then I would have no problem with their second opinion camera.

Officers who are hypocrites are the ones who piss me off. I see cops breaking traffic laws on a daily basis, all the while riding around writing tickets. Roll a stop sign, get a ticket. Didn't use your blinker? Busted. 80 in a 55? Nailed. Unless you are a cop, of course. I've been tempted to video some of their transgressions, show the judge the next time I get a ticket. :mad:

All this is ok,,,,,,,,, in a police state,

"They" can film you and tax you for it via redflex, but you cannot film them because it violates the rule they made.. Yep thats par for the course.
