Hey guys,

As you know, my RC could use a motor. I would like to get a 360 (or possibly a big block) to swap in. I have a tired 318 now with a rod knock. You guys got any motors or know of any that are available fairly reasonable? I would be willing to go with another 318 if I could get one that didn't need a overhaul. Mo can let me use a 318, but it blows some smoke. This will be my back-up plan. Let me know whats out there. Thanks.

I have a Magnum 360 ( 5.9 ). I was going to keep it for my Fury, but other things came up. It's out of a 93 Ramcharger with about 80-84,000 miles ( I can't remember ). It's a COMPLETE take out. I even have the computer and wiring harness so you can run the TMPI. I'll take $600 for the complete engine, wiring harness, etc. If interested, email me at [email protected] with your phone number.

That's a reasonable offer for sure. Nick, not so much so.

Ryan, do you really have an Aspen?

I've got a 400 in my '76 that's coming out for the 383 to go in. It runs, but needs a re-build because the bearings are shot from the mass amount of sand that's in the motor. It was like that when I got it. I'm asking $200 for the motor complete from carb to pan. Let me know.

Hey guys thanks for the replies, but I think I am going to go with my original plan of installing Mo's 318 in my truck to buy me some time to rebuild mine. I wish I had the space in the garage for the two 440's!! Anyone who wants to help with the swap, keep an eye out in the wrenching sessions board. THANKS!!!

By the way- Duffy, does the Magnum need a rebuild or is it still good??
