Hi got a 76 rc with fulltime, axles are 44FBJ.

Noticed oil leak in front end. It seems like all oil disappears in one month...
any ideas what could be the cause? the engine breaths so heavily that its hard to spot the oil way from out from the axle.
could it be the propeller shafts seal thats letting the oil out?
it looks like that the front end does not leak from its cover...

any ideas? there is no problem otherwise but limited-slip oil is freakin expensive!

Have u noticed if there is anything wet around the pinion seal ? Or it is coming out the axle tubes somewhere . AS far as i know the only other oplace for it to leak is the seals on the stub shafts i think . didn't u have the front axle all pulled apart awhile back ?

Yes i had the front axle u-joints replaced. that was a big job. i replaced the inner seals, so it should NOT be in there...
