She's gotta go. 
I just bought a 99 Ram with a 6" lift and need to make room in the Garage. She has a 360 with holley projection and jacobs mileage master ignition, 4" lift and 35" mud terrains. recent 727. Runs very well I have driven it to and from my brother's house in Gilbert about 5-6 times with no problems. I will send you pics if interested. Asking $4000.
