Not that I am aware of. If it's new enough, and a '88 should be, you can get a dealer to give you a complete list of the option codes. It will have a lot more than what the tag, or the under-hood labels have but unfortunately the descriptions will be wrong as Mopar likes to reuse option codes in later years and so you sometimes end up with odd descriptions like anti-lock brakes and strange interior packages.
The FSMs tell you where the trim code is on the tag, and maybe the engine and transmission code but I don't think they tell much else. As far as I know the only place to get a full breakdown of the options is through the dealer and the StarParts program.
