You must have the Event Name, Event Location (city & state) and the Event Date in the Subject of your post.
If those 3 things are not there your post will be deleted!
We have to manually delete expired event postings and have been spending too much time wading through posts to see if the post has already expired. If the Event Date is in the subject that will save us alot of time.
Also per request of members, the Event Location in the subject will help members finding events in their area without having to reading all of the posts.
