Sunday I trimmed my fenders and had to be in at work on monday so of course I didn't get a chance to "rework" my inner fenders... On my way home from work I hit what I thought was a pot hole, I got home, popped the hood and it looked like something was missing. I went back to where I hit that "pot hole" and found my EVAP Cannister in about 1000 pieces. I know the cannister recycles some of the vapors back into the intake but does it really effect gas mileage? I'm in SC so emissions isn't a problem. Is this an immideate issue??? I have a mud run to attend on Sunday and I'm a little nervous about it
Thanks in advance

not a problem, lots of folks disconnect, and plug the lines. just plug the line that goes to the carb, and you'll be ok.

not sure that I'd plug the vent line from the tank, just route it up and out of the way and put a fuel filer on the end to keep anything from going in. Then the tank will still be venting.
