Man I tell ya, JIM PROTH, owner of the above shop in Lake Havasu City, Arizona is the MAN!
I realize most of RCC is isolated from this area, but I gotta give this guy his props. He spent at least 3 hours total explaining, listening, and showing just what to do to a 360 cheaply. He answered every stupid question with experience. "When we tried that idea out on the dyno, we got X results" for example. He talked me out of expensive show treatments, and made me focus on what I wanted out of the truck.
Long winded, I know, but people tend to pipe up when they get wronged, and leave out the cool guys they come across. Jim is one COOL GUY. On the off chance anyone is near Mohave Co. AZ and needs a machine shop, call (92 680-6505.

I've been back to Jim's shop several times since this first post, and I continue to get top notch service, sometimes for no charge for simple stuff.
Just wanted to give a good guy some good press.
