Ive got this Cheby small block in my garage that a friend wants me to work on. I have been searching unsuccessfully for engine id codes. I narrowed it down to 1968-69 327 but that is all I can find. Here are the numbers, can someone help?

3932386 = at rear of engine drivers side.
V1I0IFB = at front of block passanger side. This is the number I cant seem to figure out. Thanks.
