okay, it seems kinda weird, but it is a dodge truck.

it's a Wal-Mart Radio control truck made by new bright. it's a 1/14 scale truck I have modded using parts from a 1/10 scale truck. scale size, it's a short bed pickup that sits 12 feet high, and 15 feet wide. the tires are 70 inches tall, with 44 inch rims. it has 24 inches of ground clearance and 20 inches of artictulation up front. I had to put a 6 inch body lift on it so the wheels don't rub when it's in reverse, because the springs are so soft, the nose goes down. and no it isn't just for show, I also changed the gears in it, for torque, and semi water proofed it, so I can drive it into water upto the windows (done it before, took months to get the water out. I's just a fun to play with toy that shows it's not what you buy, it's what you build.

I have quite a few more of these too. my brother got one of the lowrider rams, and I bought one from an auction exactly like it except without the remote for 2 dollars, with a switch problem. I fixed the switch, soldered an antenna on it, and the remote had the same frequency as the black truck. I gained 4 trucks that way, and parted out most of them. I also have a ram Trex, and a true 4x4 ram. my brother has a power wagon, a dakota and a durango too.

the rims that used to be on the truck, theones it came with snapped after I got the axle off. I'm not surprised though, after wha I've put this through. my brother has two trucks that the rims are cracking. and I had a problem with tires comming off the rim - it sat in a bin with something pointy under one tire on a hot day, so it left a dent in the tire. every time I took a hard turn, the tire rolled off, so I heat guned the tire to get the dent out, and superglued the tire to the rim. this is getting way too technical

I did the screws in the tire trick, except I used 1" screws. they got too heavy and I kept burning batteries in seconds. by the way, NBADG, I'm working on another one, if I have spare parts, I'll see what I can do for ya.
