Hey how can I get a set of these?These are available in an install kit setup. You will get;
2) HD Heavy Duty DOM tube frame bushing holder weldments.
2) 1 1/2" poly "T" style bushing assemblies with DOM sleeve for the 5/8" bolt.
2) greasable 5/8" grade 8 bolts with all metal lock nuts.
4) 3/8" thick HD shackles
2) 1.030" poly "T" style bushing assemblies with DOM sleeve for the 5/8" bolt for Dodge springs
2) greasable 5/8" grade 8 bolts with all metal lock nuts.
4) 1/2" grade 8 bolts to mount to the frame
2) 1/2" grade 8 button head bolts to mount to the frame
6) 1/2" all metal lock nuts
10) 1/2" grade 8 flat washers
1) drill template for opening up the hole in the frame using a 2" hole saw.
2) Shackle spacer washers ( to clear bolt heads when flexing)
Here's a few pics of the parts that are in the kit. The kit is to install on the rear of the front springs replacing the weak stock setup. I included everything in the kit to make it easier to install & end the chase for parts. I do not mark up the price bushings or bolts. I'm doing this to make a sweet install for you. Myself, I hate surprises & the question of where can I find these parts. I have installed 2 of these kits in my RCs without a hitch. Check my threads for pics of the install.The kit price to all RCCers is $470.00 + shipping
all kits now include the upgraded 5/8" grease bolts in the front spring eyes & the shackles.
These weldments & the 4 shackles are now Sand blasted to white steel & then powder Coated with Gloss Black.
I also ship them as they are to be installed.
The grease fitting in the 2" DOM tube faces the rear of the truck.
Torque your grease bolt to 85 Ft Lbs
