The standard duty (7500# GVW) had a CAD D44 in front and an 8 lug 9 1/4 in the rear, and used the NP241 transfer case.
The heavy duty had a D60 in front and a 60 or 70 rear, and used the NP205 transfer case and manual hubs.
The Club Cab frame is thicker than a regular cab.
Depending on the GVW some trucks had a second set of overload springs in back.
The Snow Commanders and Diesels did sit higher.
