I swaped in 60,s front and rear a year ago into a ramcharger. Everything working great except a leak in the pass side caliper from the threads of the bleeder screw. I've tried everthing to get it to stop. Changed the caliper three times, changed the bleed screw three times, same manufacture though. The whole brake system is new, propotioning valve, most brake lines, wheel cylinders, MC and booster from a w350 truck. The brakes work good but slowly get worse as the leak starts, then I need to rebleed them. This is driving me nuts! Anybody got any ideas?

So you have gotten 3 calipers and all 3 leak at the bleeder screw!!! UMMM...try a different manufacturer. I would try some teflon tape or lock tite makes a thread sealer that works well on items like that.
