For anyone wanting to know, that is a 67 Valiant with a 500 (had a 440 in the pics, some of these pics are a couple years old) , it's back halved, all steel (new fiber hood and bumpers this year) ran a 10.43 best to date, but with new mods hope to be in the solid nines. If you want to find out more, just post a question and I will do my best!
ya, all natural as they say LOL
one interesting point about our racetrack, the cool air coming off of the ocean makes our air very dense, so if you can get good track conditions at the same time, you can kick off some awesome times. One morning was perfect and I laid down a 10.43! My usual dial in and usual number I ran was a 10.72, so it was good air! Went to the "top fuel" boys and asked them what thier air reading was, and it was 1200ft BELOW sea level!
