If anyone is looking for an agressive yet streetable off road tire,
try the Cooper Discoverer ST. I have them on my Dodge 295/75R16 and they are very good. They will sling plenty of mud and have great traction on rocks also. HWY noise is very moderate but enough for that awsome off road sound.
They are cheap enough not to break the bank too. I handle these tires on a daily basis at Cooper tire in Texarkana,Ar. and they are very nice. Keep a look out for the new more agressive MT's due out from Cooper soon.

Yeah they are a very good tire. I just seem to like to cut the side walls of them, I think thats more my fault then coopers.

I put a pair of them on the rear of my truck and they were OK except in the snow. I plow snow with this truck so I have about 1200# of counterweight anchored in the back of the truck. Even still with these tires on the rear in the snow it was terrible. I got 2 new retreads for the rear (I wore out 1 set) and moved the Coopers to the front until I can replace them. I have not been happy with them.
