This is a guy that I met from SLIMER, his name is Mike and he has done some neet things to his rig. We all usually meet up in Humble at the James Coney Island car show on Saturday nights.

Sorry about the dark pics, next time I'll see if he will park in the light. Yes it is an extended cab w/ 440, and some hella gears, 5. something, 14 bolt rear I think, he is also making triple shock hoops for the front. I'll see what else I can get.

I couldn't tell you if those are in fact 44s. I can see a body lift was done, but whats those red bars for???
Also is there a front driveshaft hooked to that front axle??

The front driveshaft is out until he finishes the rest of the frontend. Those are 44's and not too sure how the front bars work. He stole the idea from a 4x4 fab shop in Austin or San Antonio.

is it me, or is there only 1 stud next to the front pumpkin.
and if he stole the idea for the red bars, I think he chose the wrong place to steal it from. any vertical movement of the front axle will try to push the axel out the passanger side. its contraptions like that, that cause all these crazy lift laws. I would not want to be driving around him.

Looks cool.. but that is some major ghetto fab going on there. Plus what the hell is that thing around the rear axle for? Love the rear shackles pointed 45° forward ::) , it looks like the crossover steering arm is really mounted out of whack, and on top of it all.. that looks like a dana 44 front. Hope he is good at changing ball joints.

I would still take it though ;D

The red bars look like an attempt at panhard bars. Usually used on coil sprung trucks and not really needed with leaf springs. They do an excellent job of keeping the axle located under the truck.....if the geometry is correct ::)

to have 0 bumpsteer it has to be at the same angle as the draglink for the crossover steering, which it is, so it should work.
