Many members will take the time to keep us updated with their vehicle problems and the fixes that solve those problems.

Many solutions apply to a wide variety of vehicles, some are very specific. I will try to label them as generic or specific as needed.

Please, if you find some other threads in help section with confirmed fixes, update this thread. For those who are asking questions, please come back and update your thread with as much info as possible. Especially details on HOW you found the faulty part.

I hope people are seeing a trend here. Often what seems like obvious ____ failure, ends up being something stupid like a simple wire, moisture, corrosion, (very common) or something so easily overlooked like a u joint, slip joint, radiator cap, low fluid level, ect ect.

Eventually it will.....but I notice that many do not read stuff up at the top unless they some how already knew it existed. All the time people claim they've never seen the CAD sticky before.

I figure advertise it here for a few days so people notice it, then send it up top. {noclue}

Plus I'm still searching for more important, relevant, and most importantly, confirmed repairs, from members who came back and updated threads. Thousands of threads go unanswered. Often times, the member still longs on recently, but just completely forgot.

Not really looking for the "how do I loosen this nut" threads, more the "my truck won't start/run/move" threads that have all of the pesky difficult diagnostic stuff involved.

How about ones like the HEI module for ignition upgrade?

Excellent idea joe, I was just recently thinking about suggesting a "sticky" of exactly what you have done.

Joe, as the other members post suggestions, Id recommend you move them up into the first post so it's all in one spot.

It probably doesn't help that we have so damn many stickies already, maybe some of those stickies could be referenced here then un-stickied?
