my War sucks thread disappeared from RCC which is good, so I'll share this sad news with you here guys...

I just found out that my co-workers's and college's brother has been killed yesterday in Ukraine fighting against Russians.

War is sad and frightening when you hear about it on the news but you get used to it after some time. Sometimes even ignore it, but war truly sucks when you see what people are going thru with your own eyes.
Olena had to leave her husband, home and country with 3 young children(ages 4, 10, and 14 ). She escaped to Poland, found a job, rented a nice place, and when everything started looking good, now this.

I feel sorry for her and all others who suffer because of one man's craving for power.

WAR SUCKS and the little people get the biggest beating. Pray for them, please.

Trust me Panda, War is sad and frightening for those involved in it also, they just quickly learn to hide it. War is sad not only for the beating the little guy gets, but that they are easily forgotten and overlooked in wars. How many have perished, that have no friends and relatives to grieve over them. Many are nothing more then a tick mark on a fancy chart of statistics. Some not even that. I pray for them all.

I have spent the biggest part of my life studying wars, training for wars, and training others for wars. I still cannot answer why. Why does some start a war? Why do they keep going when they can stop it? One thing most have in common, The one that starts them, is often dead in the end. It does not help anything, but to make some feel better. In time, there will be more senseless killing in the next war.

These people who own and control the world are people who have sold their soles to Satan for power and control and the deal to get rich is to kill others and do Satan's dirty work as the Prince of darkness hates humans and is hell bent on destroying God's creation. Dont forget, Satan is the ruler of the earth until God says otherwise. The reason Satan is the ruler of this world is because of the fall of man (Adam and Eve) and the generational curse that followed because of it.

I have many friends including you that have seen action. My father is a Vietenom vet. Grand father was a seebee in WWII. It effects who you are and how you are going to be after.

It was one to remember. I spent the afternoon and evening in the ER. Came home with a covid diagnosis. Then spent the next several days trying to get some meds for Tammy. The Va system is so easy to deal with compared to this other BS.

I feel ya. I spent the first week of my Christmas break from work with the flu of some sort, and then trying keep my dog alive since then. They think she has this thing called salmon poisoning disease. It's a NW thing I guess. But she has gone from a healthy 95lbs down to 83, will hardly eat a thing, fevers, and all around just weak. I've had to carry her more than once. She's been to the vet 3 times in a week. It's been awful.

Aww man, not the dog. I have been through that too many times. A few weeks ago our oldest stopped eating. All the tests came back negative, but the vet recommended treating him for giorida anyway, Which I think was the right call. He got better, and is now eating to make up for the days he missed. He was down 15 LBs last checkup, I bet it is all back now. But for that week or so we were trying anything we could to get him to eat anything.

Hope he gets better, a sick dog is no fun.

BUT my wife needs fast reliable internet so she can work her tela-med. It's not working out. Starlink is the only option but she can't get a true answer from them .
