Been looking at the Centerforce II clutches, but what all will I need besides the clutch itself? Any other special parts I need besides the clutch itself?
Thanks,

It should have the disk, throw out bearing, pressure plate and everything else I am forgetting here included in the kit. Just ask whoever you order it from. Centerforces are nice, but they are also expensive. You might be better off going with a heavy duty Napa rebuild kit.

4 wheel parts? No, I really doubt it. Probably charge you like $19.95 for it....bastards. That does seem like a good price though.

I am not sure if it will be a complete kit though. I just checked http://performance.speedycarparts.com/ and they have the centerforce II clutch for $178.49, but they list the throwout bearing and disc listed as related parts. You might want to find out if everything comes with it for the price. If I remember right, shipping is free with them.

I have gone in several times to buy from 4 wheel parts in Fresno, and every time I have left pissed off because they don't carry hardly anything for pre 93 dodges. If they do, they charge twice as much as anywhere else. They quoted me $2200 to install a 4" superlift kit, that didn't even come with rear springs, just an add a leaf and a bigger block. Whatever... ::)

I just double checked and the price is wrong on speedy. The Throwout bearing is $34.96 and the disc is $81.67. Definately check to see if the 4wheel parts kit actually includes everything.

Just looked at the website, and 4wheel parts says the disc must be purchased separately. Not sure what they charge for it though, it isn't listed.

Heres a price & part number for the lifetime clutch kit from Autozone. It comes with the clutch disk, pressure plate, throwout bearing and an alignment tool. NU5551-3 and $139.99. It's made by Cumberland and is all brand new components, nothing rebuilt. The pilot bushing is separate, the part number is 14652 and price is $1.99.
