or are you trying to adjust camber on wheels for an alignment?

You need to loosen it slightly like a normal bolt then turn the entire assembly which will adjust the camber as you need it

No one can give you an exact answer on that. It depends where the cam is now. Some vehicles only allow so much movement out of thier adjustment. Others the cam can be turned 360 degrees. 180 degrees of that will adjust it one way but the other 180 degrees will move it back to where you started. Make sense?
