Sure, just get a vac advance distributor, ECU, and prolly a new carb or one modified for a vac advance port if you were gonna stay stock. Add a few associated wires, and there ya go. Mopar Perf. sells everything 'cept the carb of course, in a kit. Should take a day to do it all. Modifying the carb is not nearly as scary as it sounds, just 5/16" copper tubing fitted into a hole drilled at the appropriate place on the carb to provide zero vaccum at idle. Likely, none of the other ports on the carb will do that.
I personally did it on my 85 RC and saved $ by ordering just the wiring kit and instructions from Mancini Racing, and bought an appropriate stock replacement dist, ECU, and ballast resistor from Carquest.
