I have decided to get a 4 inch suspension lift and a 2 or 3 inch body lift. What all is involved in raising up the bumpers to accomodate a body lift? And is their kits that do it?

Most kits for our trucks have no provisions for bumper relocation, but this can be done easily with plate steel. Drill the appropriate holes in the plate and the frame, and bolt them together. the extra width won't matter as the holes in the bumper will accomodate it.

Does anyone have pics of the bracket or plate to give me an idea?

here is a pic i just made in paint that should help you figure it out. just a flat 3"x10" (just an estimate) 1/4" plate should hold it there. the pic explains the rest hopefully.

I like to see something done to fill the gap between the bed and the frame too, that always looks horrible in my opinion
