BIG BLOCK SWITCH! HELP !!!

Ok I recently blew up my small block 360 motor and purchased a 400 big block. I bought new motor mount brackets and all accessory brackets. I also bought new flex plate and torque converter. Now will my 727 that was with my 360 also work with the 400? Is it the same type of tranny or are there 2 types of 727's? Thanks ~ Jonathan

Same tranny....two different housings. You can find a bare BB tranny or one that needs work for cheap and switch most of the internals over.
