1) Aircraft penetrating oil---do not recall the brand (roommate is an A&P mechanic)
2) PB Blaster
3) Liquid Wrench
All of the above make WD-40 look like water (WD-40 is not a penetrating lube BTW) Never tried Bust-it. May try it out.

Thanks, I think I'll try the PB blaster. Does autozone or napa carry either of those?

Kroil is the best I've tried, but I had to order it from the manufacturer. PB Blaster is the best that I have tried that is commonly available. WD-40 is good for some things, but not as a penetrating oil.

If you think PB Blaster is expensive, then you won't like the price on the Kroil.

$6 a can{bigeyes} I guess $4 a can aint that bad anymore. It just seems high to me because I've never actually bought anything like that before. Closest thing would be brake cleaner and thats cheap.

Just make sure you give it plenty of time to work its way in. Spray the bolt every hour for about three or four hours, then let it sit overnight. Next morning they come out like butter ;D

I plan on doing that, the truck is out of town, just a little bit south of my fiancee's, so when I'm on my way up to my fiancees tonight after work I"m going to stop and just soak it with that stuff and let it sit overnight. Then I'll come back tomorrow and start beating on it.
