A Monroeville man who police say shot a woman Sunday during a road-rage incident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike attempted to thwart investigators by hiding a 9 mm handgun in the trunk of his car. Andrew Michael Skinner, 30, shot the woman after investigators say she accidentally drifted into his lane

My goodness, what the hell is the world coming too? Hope she is alright. Hate to say this but you almost should expect to be run off the road nowadays by people, sometimes it just happens with the traffic flow. But my goodness you don't shoot someone over it.

This happens in washington too. Couple guys that work where I work were driving to work one morning and had two cars drive by and shoot at them. This is why I carry in my car now. I can shoot back.

So thru and thru, missed all the important stuff, hit lower intestine. Surgeon says pretty routine stuff, prognosis good, full recovery likely. Wanna guess what it's gonna add up to - ambulance, ER, emergency surgery, at least 5 days in the hospital.

Clown said he was angry because previously run off road. Grow the F up asswipe and see converible in a ditch a month ago. Would you believe this idiot had a dash cam running and recorded the whole thing? Would ya believe too stupid to delete it when stashing the gun?

If she had shot him, it would be a hate crime because white on black. I wonder what they'll call it when we pay him a visit later.

Thank GOD she is ok. Sorry she had to go thru this. This was a hate crime, but the left won't see it that way.

Long term girl friend but 20 yrs younger, so a little from column A, a little from column B.

Key word there is "going to be".

So she had her Amazon parrot in the car but out of the cage. About 12-14 inches tall and no doubt could bite your finger off if she wanted to but a really chill bird. Big tough state cops didn't want any part of that. Load her in the ambulance, tow the car with the bird in it. I wish I could been there when our friends picked her up - this girl is 5 ft tall and often mistaken for a child. Bird stepped right up for her.

My ex is 5' and we also had an amazon and a whole crapload of other birds. Never again will I own a bird. ESPECIALLY a Cockatoo. Holy Crap those things are a pain at "Too-Time"

Birds aren't my idea of pets either but you may have been married once or seven times. If the shot would have hit the bird, my girl probably would have run the guy down herself.
