Does anyone know how much a dana 44 or 60 weighs? I am trying to calculate some shipping and guesstimated 550 lbs, which I think may be a little high.

my guess... HEAVY! I took the axle out of my Frontier the other day and that was a bit of a struggle for 2 people. I think your guess may be in the ballpark.

600lbs (or so) for D60 front. the D44 not sure about 500-550lbs sounds about right
