We will use the Area Chapter Discussion board to comunicate amongst ourselves, so check that board often. I will put posts concerning everyone in there.
I have written some scripts so that members can fill out a form, and it will stuff all of their info into a database. Then the leaders can access a page and search by State, which will give you results in a format that can be used with a spreadsheet program like Excel. I figured this is the easiest way for information to be passed with us. Plus it is less work for everyone in the long run.
