By all accounts I can find, the late 74 full frame changeup remained the same from then on to 80. I'm asking because I've got a far away friend with a late 74 that's wondering if the soft top kit for the 75+ will work? The fitment guides all say it doesn't fit 1974, but I assume they mean the frameless door versions. I have the soft top and love it, but don't want to tell him it will fit without checking. If anyone can confirm my assumption, I'd appreciate it!

The late '74 Ramchargers should be the same as the other '75-'80 versions as far as the doors and roof go.
