Cast bullets are made from melted down lead, and to prevent lead foulding in the barrel at higher velocities you alloy in some tin and antimony. A good hard cast bullet behaves about like a FMJ.willy J said:cast em down range powered by some gun poweder.
now do you just use lead bullets or do you/can you jacket them?
The only imperfection caused by casting a bullet is for the hole you fill it through. Its on the back side of the bullet facing the powder.willy J said:when you do a cast is there a "flash" left like on cast and forged engine parts? how do you remove that or do you?
