Last Oct I bought an adjustable drag link to correct by steering geometry, so that way I'd have the same amount of steering to left as I would the right. I purchased the drag link from Summit because after asking around I was told that an adjustable drag link is what I would need to fix the problem with my steering.

The guy who installed it said that it wouldn't help. ??? I also have a dropped pitman arm on there already, but he said I should have gotten a raised steering arm/block (I can't remember exactly what he said, but it was a raised something). Anyway he installed the drag link, but didn't make the adjustment right away so I had to take it back and have him adjust too.

My question is after he adjusted it I did see an improvement in my steering geometry although it wasn't exactly centered the way I thought it would be. However, shortly after I took my RC off road, I noticed that my steering geometry was off again. Is this something that I will constantly need to adjust every time I flex my front end or is it supposed to stay in place no matter what?

How's it lifted, and by how much? Definitely not the expert here, but 2 thoughts:
No, it shouldn't change like that, check that dern drag link and see if it's not sliding out of adjustment.
If yer lifted high enough and under the right circumstances, the only right way to correct the prob is with a crossover steering setup.
Anyone else?

I only has a 4inch skyjacker susp lift. When the adjustment was first made my steering geometry was almost even. I had the same amount of turning radius to the left and right give or take a quarter of a turn. However after my off road trip it went back to two full turns to the left and two and half turns to the right. I guess maybe it slipped out of adjustment, but is that normal or is supposed to stay in place. If it's not normal what can I do to fix it or could it be that the guy who installed it maybe did something wrong.

Take the truck back to your guy (4th time it sounds like) and have hime do what he was supposed to do the first time.
