If the engine seems like it won't red line or get to the rpm for over drive, check your injectors. But if the engine is cranking up and havs the power then might want to con sider a trans service or a fluid change.
96 ram 3500 5.9 cummins
The truck wont do more than 65 mph. The engine winds up normaly, but feels like its not going into OD? Any suggestions? Thanks

Theres an outside possibility that you may have water in your fuel. If thats the case, you'll need to drain your fuel filter/water seperator or replace the filter.
