94 Up O2 sensor help, PLEASE....

On the 94 and up trucks there are two O2 sensors, one before and one after the Cat.
I know that if you only disconnect the second sensor, that the Check Engine idiot light comes on.

I also have heard that someone makes a resistor plug-in type deal so that you can do away with the second sensor.

Does anyone know who makes this and what is the name of it??

Lol so remove the entire cat then, hollow it and put it back up
